Exemplary service; Candy and Louise helped me sell my property in what were extremely difficult circumstances. Their empathy and understanding was beyond my expectations, and I would recommend their services to anyone looking to buy/sell property in the area. They were easily contactable, arranged viewings without any issues, answered all the questions I had, and were chasing the buyer and solicitors regularly to ensure the sale went through. Recommended.

I just don't have enough words to explain what a superb experience we've had with what was often a stressful experience. The ladies in the office have given us every kind of support, sometimes making phone calls and writing emails that they shouldn't have needed to make or write. They are completely client-centred.

This is the second purchase I have made through evans estate agents. First one was my first ever purchase which me and my girlfriend bought for us to live in. Now we have just completed on our first buy to let, really happy with the service Candy is on the ball with all the after sales as the flat purchase was quite tricky and drawn out.
