SW19 have been excellent from start to finish with regard to the sale of our house. They managed a whopping 17 viewings in one week and then the 7 separate offers that followed. Their advice and honestly was much appreciated. Once an offer had been accepted by us their in-house sales progression manager Michelle took over and liaised with both solicitors to ensure that things moved forward in a timely manner. She definitely removed all the stress usually associated with selling a house! Highly recommended.

We registered with SW19 after a sour experience elsewhere. Stephen looked after us and offered honest advice the whole time. The best thing - Stephen listened to us on what we were looking for. He knew as soon as he got the right property that we would snap it up. Our house never made it to market because we loved it and offered. He told us an honest price and never tried to push us, unlike others. Michelle took over on progressing the property. Honestly, what an experience, we were in the house 8 weeks later and felt supported the whole time. I would give them 10 stars out of 5 if I could! Transparency and excellent communication the whole way.

I'd not rented a property for c25 years when I came to SW19 c3 years ago. I was very apprehensive but my experience was 100% positive. Staff are all friendly, professional, helpful and efficient and any issues are always dealt with swiftly - even the loss of power at 10pm on a Friday night. It was an all round positive experience - quite sad to have now bought my own place.
