She’s answered all of our questions quickly, fulfilling all requests or inquiries on the property, and has been very patient and informative with us throughout the process. We recently started a let in Littleport. We we're in contact with Benedict for the whole process and found him to be very helpful and professional. We we're in regular contact and supported throughout the whole process. We had 2 viewings on our chosen property which was very accommodating.

We especially liked that when we rang for information or queries if Benedict wasn't available Jess was able to help with the queries rather than us waiting for a return call or having unanswered questions.

We found the process as a whole smooth and prompt. The building itself was also easy to access with minimal parking available and a disabled access ramp. On arrival you are greeted with a warm and cheerful atmosphere by both let and sales staff.

Abbotts sold our house in 3 days without putting it on the website. Maia proved a superstar - she returned calls promptly if I didn't reach her straight away. She gave advice on the local market as we had to spend a long time looking in a volatile housing bubble. When I needed to push and harass conveyancers, Maia helped there too. Very pleased.

Abbott’s Mildenhall dealt with the sale of my property in Lakenheath with total professionalism.Marketed for either rental or sale the sale came within days of being posted with numerous viewings booked very quickly. Maia was always pleasant and understanding and quick to deal with any questions on my part and along with the rest of the team including the Bury St Edmunds branch made the whole process easy with a friendly yet knowledgeable approach. They have also found tenants for me in the past so I would not hesitate to recommend them for either sale or rental. Well done team.
