Dexter Estate Agency been one great experience. Very professional, polite, and great in advising. They work fast and hard. They got us a much better sell price then we expected in a very short time. Big thank you to Kelly which been wonderful, keeping us in the loop what’s is happening and generally very helpful and informative about the whole process.

We rented our property with Dexters. Charlotte and Tom were excellent. We then decided to sell. We dealt with Toby who was great at keeping us posted. We also dealt with Belle who was helpful with viewings. We accepted an offer within 3 weeks. We then dealt with Alistair who was really good at keeping us posted and chasing up the buyers solicitor. We completed within an agreed timeframe. Would certainly recommend.

On our first viewing of the property, Charlotte was very professional: despite a number of viewings on that day, she gave us enough time we needed and was able to accommodate our enquiries with sincerity. Charlotte made us feel at ease, without any pressure at all! Despite being out of the office, Charlotte endorsed us to her colleagues and made sure that we continue to receive excellent quality of service. Throughout, Charlotte and her team handled the negotiation professionally and gave us timely updates.

Toby and Alastair made the job of selling the property so easy. Both are consummate professionals who always had an excellent grasp of what was happening at each stage of the chain. They were proactive and gave me regular updates. I never had to chase them. Toby effectively rejected any requests from the buyer to reduce the price following a survey. I'm so glad I used Dexters. These guys provided real value for money and thoroughly deserve the fee they charge. Something I've never been able to say about estate agents I've used in the past.

The entire Sales team at this particular branch works tirelessly and seamlessly to sell my flat at the best market value and within the shortest time possible for complete. They do take my position and desired outcome when negotiating an offer and getting the agreed paper to exchange the contract. I have never encountered any issues, as this team is really hardworking. Having recently used Dexter’s Hampton to find a property in the rental I had a very positive experience, from initial call to arrange a viewing to finalising a contract. We had interactions with a few of the team in the office and they were all great.

Whilst looking for places on the renting market I came across some properties managed by Dexter's and James was the agent dealing with several of my queries. Unlike everyone else from other known estate agencies Jack Morgan was professional and polite. Called when he said he was going to and listened to what my family requirements were rather than just trying to make me go over budget. Best of luck to him and Dexter's just a shame that there is no Dexters properties around the area we are looking to move into. Great customer service keep it up
