Jacobs were fantastic. They were always easy to get hold of and friendly.
They understood exactly what we were looking for and contacted us when our current house came up for sale. Moving got a little tricky towards the end and Jacobs would email us to keep us updated and they chased the solicitors for us so we knew what was going on. On the day of the move, they kept in touch and everything ran very smoothly. Even after the sale we have had contact with them since to check how we are and how we are settling. We would recommend Jacobs!

Ended up in a situation where I needed to find and affordable property quickly, Jacobs got me into a shared accommodation in Buckskin, the process was easy and straightforward, and in my time at the property I have nothing but praise for the staff working for Jacobs, always responded to my emails in a timely fashion and made themselves available whenever needed, particularly Jon and Elaine are a credit to the business. The owners of my particular property were not the easiest to deal with as they seemed to be reluctant to spend any money on repair of the property, but Jacobs always did their absolute best for me, and I had my full deposit returned upon surrendering the property, usually people expect to be charged for the tiniest little things but Jacobs were extremely fair and understanding and ensured I got my money back in full. Can’t say enough good things, thanks so very much for everything!
