Excellent communication throughout the process. Callum always responded the same day or next morning and followed up with the seller and solicitors to keep me fully informed where things were. As a first time buyer, Mann really made this process as straight forward and stress free as possible!

Stay away!!! Do not rent a property with them unless you want to be chasing them for months for some simple repairs. Their system is an absolute disaster. It's second time I am having issues in the property and it's been 4 months since I reported it and they can't be bothered to fix it.
They would not allow me to speak to the landlord, nor fix it. Whenever I call they say they will call me back and you never hear back from them.
The only time they were responding was when I had to renew the contract.
It is now winter , I have no proper heating in the flat and they still cannot be bothered to reply to my queries. Every week I hear they are looking into it and nothing happens.
This is not acceptable. You need to learn that property management is about customer service too and not sales only!!!

David has been very helpful. The local office was great for me as i could pop in whenever I needed help. David is a very patient person and a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend Mann in Catford.

As at the time of writing this review, I'm still in the process of looking for a property and I have looked on Mann's website and the agent that attended to me, David Baah has been really pleasant. He has called me back every time he says he would and he is very polite, I'm quite pleased and don't mind continuing my search with Mann lettings

The estate agent David B. Was very professional and had the answers to all my questions. He also helped me get in contact quickly with the relevant contacts within the agency and has contributed to the smooth process for the tenancy!
