Once they got u in their place u will soon find they only care bout money n not wellbeing or ur health. Forever 2 get jobs done. Always excuses n most team have terrible attitude...sharon is nice though. Careful bout renting from them. Quality does not show n blame u if work is or isn’t done. Their job to ensure jobs are done not tenant. do not recommend this company. never feel like they correspond with landlord wen request made. awful awful awful company

Grudge giving a 1 star!! Poor estate agents. Don't care about your well being. Im stuck in a nightmare property with 2 young children and they don't seem to care at all. They Speak to you badly, very unprofessional.
Renting with sharps has been the worse decision I've made.

Property came on the market and I rang the same day requested a appointment to view and they put me in for the end of the week. The very next day I got a phone call saying the property has now been sold. I said I wanted to view it and I was willing to view it the same day it went online. The Karen on the phone concluded the conversation and just told me it’s gone. I would have offered full asking price for this property, I am a cash buyer. These Karen’s in the office just want an easy job and missed out on a sale of potentially more % fee from me offering more. Won’t be contacting sharps again

Held my 60 year old mothers bond for 3 months after leaving the property and tortured her saying they have no record of it! Finally gave up once we contacted the authorities. Just because she spoke her mind to sharpes about their poor management, the reason why she left

Terrible customer service and the problem stems from the top. Owner has no idea of customer service and this filters down to the staff. Repairs take forever, issues are always the fault of the tenant. I'd advise some training starting with Lorna.

Once the tenant is in all they care about is the money, never customer satisfaction.

Ian ripped me off sold my house through him told him to put a reserve price on it and he didn’t my house sold below reserve price told Ian I’m not selling eatons solicitors kept the buyers deposit to which buyers solicitors put an interest on my house so I could not sell tried calling sharps a few times to explain to them what Ian had done to which they called the police on me and tried getting me arrested for threats to kill eatons is a shell company for sharps they are both crooks I had to fork out another 6k to remove the block on my property so I could sell the house avoid at all costs

Begrudgingly have to give 1 star to register review. Myself an my partner have been renting from them for 3 years an we are NOT happy! Told them the guttering was gonna fall down at the front of the property for a full week, emailed an even contacted their builder directly an kept being told someone would be in touch. Eventually, obviously, the guttering fell down an hit a parked car damaging it an nearly hitting a TODDLER on the head as he had walked under it about 10 seconds before it fell! Told them it had fallen off an was waiting another week before finally getting the council an neighbours to get in touch with the council to tell them to sort it!! When approached for the funds to fix my neighbours car, they offered her £250 even though it was going to be a lot more to fix it! They claimed it wasn't their fault when it clearly was!

Also all our windows an doors need resealing, the patio doors have a massive gap in them that rain comes through that need replacing, apparently the landlord won't replace the doors because it would cost a lot! Even though it's a health an safety issue! I've written final warning letter to them before I get the council an citizens advice involved! If you want to buy or rent a house don't use these!

Also, Linda, their shop manager, is a real Karen! She has an attitude that would stink out a whale mortuary! Her attitude is, you're lucky we allow you to rent from us! We have never ever missed a rent payment in all 3 years even during lockdown when we were on furlough, an when we once asked if we could pay a few days late she said she wanted the few days extra as well or she was gonna charge us! Anyway, will keep y'all updated....

Lauren in the letting department is very disrespectful,very bad service.
