Jack, who handled the sale, was extremely helpful. The lines of communication were always open and clear and Jack was very good at reassuring both ourselves and the vendors, as well as making sure everything was moving along at a good pace. In the final stages complications with our solicitor could have become an issue but Jack was very good at getting the sale over the line. Would definitely use again.

We were not sure we wanted to move when we first contacted Jack at Peter James. He supported us all the way & we never felt under pressure to go ahead. Once we had decided to move we were kept up to date on a regular basis, calls were returned promptly and we always felt in safe hands. Even when the inevitable problems cropped up Jack was always on hand to keep the stress levels down & help get everything back on track. Compared to our experience in purchasing Jack & Peter James are way ahead, just wish we could have bought through them too. I would happily recommend them to anyone thinking of moving.

First and foremost, we wouldn’t have been able to move if it wasn’t for them, we didn’t think we could afford our onward purchase, but they made it happen. We had 2x other agents from very reputable establishments come in to provide a valuation, Michael came in and quoted over 20% higher for an asking price, a huge statement!! But he backed it up with real numbers of the places he had sold recently on our street and connecting ones.

With a bold 20% higher valuation than anyone else, he then managed to get it sold off market within a week for a smidge below asking price. This whole process changed our lives, we could now afford our dream home and were in a great place to negotiate on it.

I can honestly say, without a doubt that Michael and the team were amazing value for money, and they have changed our lives (hopefully for the better).
