The Chessington office were very proactive and achieved a sale on our property very quickly, handling negotiations swiftly and professionally. Once agreed the sale was managed beautifully by Zoe who went above and beyond to achieve our target exchange and completion dates. What can I say! What an experience I had but what a team I had behind me!
Due to unforeseen issues with an incompetent solicitor my experience of selling and also buying a property was to say the least very stressful.
However, Kim, Akil and Zoe were all on hand for support whenever I needed it, which was pretty much every day!
They answered emails promptly and spoke to me over the phone regularly to assure me every step of the way.
Kim and Akil especially went above and beyond chasing solicitors and my mortgage company where my solicitor failed.
I really could not of got through it all if it wasn’t for this amazing team

Wow what a team! From minute one i felt that i was being listened too and understood and this continued through the whole process of the sale of my property. We have been trying to purchase a property for over a year and a half. Two of them didn't happen for incompetence of the people dealing with it.
