I have both purchased and sold a house with Your Move, Kimberley. Their service is exceptional, they really care about you as an individual and they are not pressure sales people - which is great. When it comes to selling a house, they take time to find out what is great about it, so they promote it in the best possible light. They qualify people beforehand, so you know there's no time wasters having a viewings. They are easy to get in touch with and will give you honest feedback/answers, not just what they think you want to hear. They are my top choice if selling a house with a local estate agent.

We have recently sold our house after only a week on the market. I have been so impressed with the service received from the Kimberley team from the initial visit through to the acceptance of the offer. The best thing about working with this team is the communication you receive from the moment you contact them for a valuation. We received regular email updates regarding the activities of the team behind the scenes contacting prospective buyers and our hit rate on internet sites as well as regular contact with Sasha to keep us informed of our progress. We also received immediate emails with offers which helped us keep track of everything - Sasha also provided fair and valuable advice during the negotiation process. I would recommend Your Move to anyone. Thank you Sasha and team - great job!!!

We had a terrible experience with this company as potential buyers. We were really happy after receiving an email to confirm our offer had been accepted. Less than 24 hours later, we were informed another offer had been received. It then became a race to send in our documents which were all provided by monday lunch time. We were then informed a day later than agreed that the other buyer had secured the house. To add to our great experience, we received an email advertising the house as recommended to us and a call straight after the news asking if we'd like them to sell our house. We've been informed this is 'standard practice'...where's all the ethics? I would avoid buying through this agency if possible.

Your move have been our letting agents for many years now and they have provided outstanding service. We have a full service contract with them as we don’t live in the area. They provide regular updates and always let us know of any issues. The measure of any customer service to me, is how they react when there are problems, and on occasions when actions have been needed they have responded really well, and gone the extra mile to help us. We trust them completely with our property. I can recommend them without hesitation. A fantastic team.
