Not impressed with the misinformation provided by their sales manager. This misinformation cost me a lot of time and money. Will give that estate agents a wide berth. Ms Job I will gladly email you the reason why I was unhappy with the service I received from Sophie at Lux Homes. She cost me a lot of time and money and stress.

I just wanted to high light the fantastic service we received from Daisy Day. Daisy was a great support throughout the sale process which ended up being a tortuous process given the rules and guidance that have been imposed post Grenfell. If I am truly honest we would have pulled out of this transaction if it were not for Daisey. Thank you for your prompt attention, and dogged determination to get this resolved.

While Lux did not sell our home Daisy did more for us than the agent who got the commission. She called when promised, provided accurate information on the chain and progressed the said. Shame they never got the fees

Cannot recommend highly enough. Lux Homes managed the sale of my vulnerable parents property. They went beyond their roles to support them ensured they liaised weekly with myself. Making a very difficult move very much less stressful. I have experienced a number of estate agents and these are by far the best I have come across. A special mention to Daisy and Alex.

They made everything possible when I actually gave up all hope, it’s a bit of a long story but this agent bent over backwards to make sure I bought the property I was interested in. They are very good because they have that attitude called (never give up) and they have lived up to that name because my house purchase was completed today (23/11/2022) if it wasn’t for their actions during the last few months…. I would not have been the owner of that said property. So thank you very much indeed, particular thanks to Alex S and Daisy who worked very hard to help me buy the property,

We have just completed on a sale of a 3 bedroom house in Upminster. It was a long process which took over a year -as it was part of an Estate with some complications- but throughout Alex Staley and Daisy in Lux's office showed patience and treated us in honest and professional manner right from the day of the valuation with Alex until the completion last week.
