Georgia dealt with the sale of our house in Maghull. She was efficient, friendly and polite. When i had doubts she immediately acted in order to clear up queries and chased lawyers, buyer and other estate agent's. Due to living abroad, it was very important to have a responsible person who kept me updated by regular emails and calls and also regulated viewing and buyers visits for me. Very grateful and satisfied with the service received.

My fiancé and I recently bought our first home through Entwistle Green and dealt with the Maghull office. Overall, we were really pleased with the service we received and would recommend them. Entwistle were really helpful throughout and were always happy to explain things in detail. We never had any issues getting through to the team, who always called back promptly. We mainly dealt with Georgia and Mia, who were fantastic. They were both extremely personable, friendly and checked in with us along the process. By the end, it almost felt like we knew them, despite never actually meeting in person. We couldn't have asked for better people to deal with.

Phenomenally quick purchase. Accepted in mid May to completion in mid July. Couldn't be happier. Special shout out to Georgia Kilroy for who nothing was too much trouble; whether it was nudging sellers or arranging extra visits to the house before we completed. Also to Nick Gatti who got me a great deal on my mortgage. Thanks again team!

I came for an appointment to view the house. Nobody came to show me the place. So I called them, and some guy told me, they are really sorry, but nobody can show me the house right now (they should let me know that before appointment, but they didn't), and he can book another appointment for another day. So i came another day, and guess what? Nobody came! Again! They didn't answered the phone. Incompetent people. I've wasted time and money to get there. They don't even deserve for 1 star

Thank you to Georgia for making the journey of buying our first home easy. Her professionalism and friendly nature made the process less stressful. She kept us informed right throughout and was always quick to respond to any queries. If Georgia wasn’t available either Stephanie or Mia was able to help answer any questions. We also used Nick for our mortgage and would highly recommend him.

I moved house back in May and Joe was absolutely brilliant. I am so grateful for his patience and willingness in finding me my new home. He went above and beyond, showing me round multiple properties until we found the perfect one. It was such a smooth process and he was brill keeping us up to date with everything.
I was moved in after viewing the house in about a week and a half!! Joe made it so easy to move and I couldn't recommend him enough.
Iv been in my lovely new home for 5 months now and still today the customer service and efficience of Joe and all the other staff is unbeaten.

Very happy with the service from the entire lettings team at Entwistle green Maghull and particularly to James Clague who helped to secure a perfect Tennant which I am very happy with.
James always took my Tennant criteria into consideration and pushed to secure the highest possible rental income rather than the first prospects through the door.
