He was especially helpful and diligent, taking into account the safety aspects of a woman living alone but also my personal concerns and preferences. Particularly impressive in the current rental climate where everything is being snapped up quickly. We got along well and he found the ideal place, where I am now living. Top marks in my book!

Joseph found me the perfect flat. Since I was moving to London out of country I was worried I wouldn't find a place that suited my needs. However, Joseph took the time to find out what was important to me, what style I was looking for and what amenities nearby were priorities. He was in constant communication with me and was 100% honest with what he was showing me. Any time I had a question, he was there to answer it and made me feel confident about the move.
