Brilliant management! We have started the process of letting out our home with Cat from Leaders. She’s lovely, professional and always super quick at returning our calls and e-mails. We would highly recommend them to manage your property, they go above and beyond!

Really great agency. Great communication, also fast at replying and always happy to answer questions. Super organised and process is straightforward which makes it run so smoothly especially with all the various things to sort out when moving! Really friendly too!

My family and I are moving to Bury from out of town and we came across a Leaders property that was a bit further away from the town centre than we would have liked but it was pet friendly which is virtually impossible to come by and the area came recommended by friends so we thought if the property was right for us, we could overlook the distance. In the viewing I wasn’t really too keen on the property as it was a bit smaller than I hoped and we decided it was not enough to overlook the distance from town. I told my agent Tom this and he had been so very very nice in the viewing so I thought he would understand our predicament. To my surprise I was told to look at a map next time to avoid wasting their time with future viewings. There will be no other viewings because I will absolutely not be looking into any more of your properties if that is your attitude. I would have been happy to stay on the books for another property to come along since Tom had said we looked like great tenants (and actually we are) but we will just continue our search elsewhere.

Tom was just rude on the phone, sounds like he clearly didn’t want to be there. Sounds bored and is frankly pretty blunt, it’s like talking to a door. Was interested in the property, but if the agents are going to be like that, sounds just as bad as my current property managers… you’d assume someone that works face to face or over the phones would have decent people skills. Can’t speak of any of his colleagues.

Not sure where to start. My 58 year old mother has dementia, so had to pay a year's rent upfront. After continuously asking to check the property was safe, we were assured that work was carried out and it was ready to move in.
Move in day, we get the key to the front door. When they assured us that it was ready, we didn't realise that we needed to check if this meant ready for a human being!
Mould throughout, No bins, no working oven, no working shower or bath, back door doesn't open, carpets full of hair and smells of urine, carpets loose on stairs, first step double the height of standard step, walls caped in grease, fireplace not safe, soot stains throughout, broken flooring in master bedroom, light fittings faulty, boiler faulty, kitchen sink leaking so they placed a bowl in the saturated cupboard, rising damp throughout, all in all absolutely vile.
Weeks of chasing "property manager" Charlie, and empty promises, the final straw was when their own maintenance company advised that the property wasn't safe for human occupation.
Tenancy was cut short by ten months.
Whilst all of my mothers possessions were still in the house, they decided to show people around to re let the property, without notifying any of us.
They then have the audacity to get contractors in to do some work, whilst withholding the best part of ten thousand pounds from our mum!
It's OK though, because they need to ask the landlords permission if she can have the deposit back!
Leaders have taken advantage of a vulnerable person. This service has been disgusting beyond words.
We won't be letting this one go.

100% happy with the service I received from Leaders. Most of my dealings were with Cat, who always stayed in touch to update me and reassured me when I had concerns. She was very professional but also very personable and friendly. Highly recommend Leaders.

Tom and Cat have been absolutely amazing throughout our search for a new home. We had an unexpected change of circumstances and they found us our ideal home, at the right price, within our short time frame. They've been helpful with every aspect of our move from the start, and are hands down the best estate agents we have used!
