Needed to sell a rental property from distance and was extremely impressed by the engagement and support from Alan De Maid. Munsoor started the process and was extremely understanding of my circumstances, flexible with his time and made the initial part of the process extremely easy.

He then handed over (seamlessly) to Ravina who really went the extra mile, helping me navigate the world of solicitors and engaging with them once the process was started. She then guided me through every step of the way clearly explaining and helping to press the right people at the right time. Extremely good service taking a lot of the stress and pressure away from what is usually an extremely challenging process.

Ravina, Kerry and Mak were all exceptional at selling our house. In this current climate things won’t necessarily go to plan - you want an estate agent who can adapt, problem solve and have plan B and C when things don’t go as expected - which is exactly what they did.
