I have nothing but praise for the team at Henry Adams in Haywards Heath. The lettings team managed our rental property for over 5 years and their care and efficiency was faultless. Melissa and Bethanie handled everything that needed doing on the property with utmost professionalism and nothing was too much trouble. They were always there to answer any questions we had about our tenancy contract and about the laws of letting. When it came to selling the property, Paul Dryden and his team liaised brilliantly with our tenants to sort viewings and then worked tirelessly communicating with our buyer and solicitors to ensure that contracts were exchanged at the earliest opportunity.
I would entrust any future rental property and/or sale to the care of this utterly approachable team without hesitation. I've had experience of other letting agents and estate agents and this team really do stand out a mile.

I chose Henry Adams (to advertise and facilitate the sale of my one bed flat) on the back of positive feedback I had seen, and they did not disappoint. Selling the property was a long journey but the support and guidance I had from the beginning (advertising and managing viewings) to the latter conveyancing stages and completion (once the buyer had been identified) from the Haywards Heath team was always very helpful and professional, and made it easier for me to understand what to expect. At times the conveyancing stage proved to be more complex than expected, but the team were always able to act and facilitate regularly and know exactly when things needed escalating, and keep me informed. Thanks to everyone who played a part but a particular shout out to Paul who spent a large majority of the time overseeing my case. I would definitely recommend!

Very happy with the way Paul and team at Henry Adams, Haywards Heath, handled my sale. There was a long lead-up towards contract exchange (Covid-related market conditions hindering my search) at which point my buyers backed out, but the firm quickly found me a new buyer, enabling me to follow through with my dream purchase.
