Landlords, I received very poor service from this estate agent. Couldn't believe such service can be provided in a city like London. Just don't trust them, they never kept their promise. Never arranged HMO which they said they would, didn't even apply! Never arranged standing order of rent as promised. Every month I had to haggle to get the rent deposited. Dodgy tenants as well. Be warned.

Third class agency who doesn’t know how to deal with tenant just very Rude & understand to charge them £500 which u don’t know how long u will stay in your house. Never go to this fraud Agency 🤚

Very poor service ,fake landlords ,they took our deposit for 1400£ after moved out from property they never contacted you for deposit, they haven’t done the inventory when we moved into the property and when its timely to come out they claim all the damage from us which has not been done by us.They don’t professional ,they don’t know how to let properties ,never go there .there is no connection in between landlord and tenants this agency mislead people.I will now move ahead and going to DPS and complain against them and landlord
