We bought our house through DB Roberts in Cannock at the end of last year (2017)...We mainly dealt with Charlotte who was a pleasure to deal with...she was very professional and knowledgeable and always ensured we were kept informed...Charlotte is a credit to the branch and we wish her well.

I used the Cannock office for the sale of my property. I dealt with both Kristie and Charlotte and found both to be extremely professional and thorough when dealing with them. They were also very down to earth and friendly making what is quite a stressful process more pleasurable. Great service and highly recommended.

Book a valuation, multiple emails and SMS from them to say they were coming, then they fail to turn up. Call them and find that they have failed to plan the visit and can attend. Not only that cant resolve a visit today, when I've booked time off work. If this is what they are like valuating a property imagine selling. I'm less that 2 miles away and they have no one that can assist and can I now move to another day. Nope you don't deserve business if you can even follow what your emailing out. Poor
