I just cannot recommend Harrow branch of Hilton and Fox Highley enough. I deal with lots of different letting agents everyday as part of my Job, but H&F are outstanding. Anisha and Priya are just so helpful and professional. They really go the extra mile and have helped me out on so many occasions, and they always deliver on their excellent service. The agency was fine during our contract until we had to move out.
Our landlord, which I would not recommend anyone to rend flats from was very very difficult and deducted money for cleaning whereas our agent told us over the phone that they could not as the flat was extremely clean.
OBVIOUSLY the agency did not help us at all and did not tell the landlord down so we lost money off our deposit.
You need to know that this agency puts the interest of the landlord first and do not care about the tenants.

The staff were very helpful and patient with the sale of the house and I agree with previous statements that Steve Pusey was always polite and assisted us greatly with the process. We were glad that we chose this agency to sell the property, in particular Steve's active role in making this happen.

The service was absolute commendable. They were speedy and helpful enough to take us through the process and complete things on time. Excellent service, would recommend if you are new buyer/seller.
