The team at Burghleys have been really wonderful. They’ve not just acted professionally but also made me feel like they have both mine and my new landlord’s interests at heart. Their welcoming nature meant I fully trusted them with mine and my daughter’s needs and after going over and above what they were obliged to do, they delivered perfectly. Can’t thank them enough!

Great process start to finish. Ashley and Kieran have both been extremely helpful. Ashley was very quick to answer all of our query’s, of which there were many! From first contact on a Thursday we were moved in by Monday, great all round and would happily deal with Burghleys again.

The maintenance team is responsive, timely and helpful. However, the director has poor communication standards. He appears over burdened as the sole director in charge of rental. Despite being a continuous client for 4 years, He only used email and did not speak over the phone for clarity and curtesy. Many times leaving us to consult another agent to understand renter processes and procedures. The agency gets the job done.
