I recently worked with Chloe on finding a new rental property. She was fantastic! 5* service quick to respond always picked up her phone and emails and if she didn’t know and answer would get one for me. Honestly the process was so smooth and very painless couldn’t recommend enough

Ammendment to original review post move in date - the worst experience of moving property I have ever had, the property was handed over in an appalling state upon move-in day. A promised professional clean was not performed, building dust, and 'finishings' abysmal. The check-in Inventory performed by Abbotts upon the same move-in date morning, failed to alert us to a blatant gas leak and faulty meter we identified an hour afterwards - items that were tested and listed as functioning do not. At our own personal expense/time we have had to bring the property to a semi livable state, still without a functioning bathroom and electric hob all 'brand new' and 'excellent condition'. Good at selling the dream but poor at ensuring the tenancy is viable after monies are taken. Do not rent with a small child from Abbotts, it has been one disappointed after another and simply at times unsafe.

Absolutely amazing company and amazing workers. Chloe and Ben were absolutely fantastic in helping us with our rental property, especially when we had a few issues they both were just incredible. Could not fault this company one bit, definitely our favourite estate agents we have been with

Chloe and Ben were really helpful and I would say quite fast and proactive in responding and addressing to my queries. Its my first rented apartment in UK and the experience is hassle-free and really pleasant so far. I strongly recommend them.
