Reshma and her entire team have been both professional and friendly throughout the entire process of letting out our home. They are always easy to contact and respond the same day. We felt Confident that they knew what we were looking for in tenants. We have Appletons fully managing our home while we have moved abroad. I know it is in good hands. If you are looking for a friendly personal service for competitive fees then these are the estate agents to choose. From start to finish my experience with Laura A and Appleton Estates was seamless. Laura was prompt, professional and made our lives so easy in getting our rental sorted! She also seemed to very honestly answer any questions about the property we have just signed for. We didn't have to ask for anything like EPC certificates as she was always one step ahead. Appleton Estates have been a great estate agents to deal with. When I viewed the property, Jay was very friendly, clear and was able to answer all my queries.

When dealing with issues such as repairs, Appleton estates promptly replied to all my requests for maintenance to be carried out. I found Jody to be particularly helpful in providing our property with a hoover, which has allowed us to easily maintain the carpeted communal areas.

I'm docking one star because when I moved into the property, there was no central heating, despite being promised that there would be. It wasn't until 3-4 months after moving in that the heating got sorted out.

Amazing customer service! Jay Patel and the team made the selling of my property a stress free process. They were extremely friendly and helpful and the video that they made for the sale of my property was fantastic - I will be keeping it to look back on - the house never looked so good! They were there with regular updates and advice every step of the way. Couldn't have asked for a more professional and friendly team, so much so they are currently helping me find a rental property! After using one of the "bigger" global property management firms for 3 years, we moved to Appleton to manage our property in Vita, Croydon.
