We have been tenants for almost 4 years with Alexander & Co our first year & half our experience with our Property Manager wasn’t great.
But since Ann-Marie has taken over as our Property Manager she has been amazing and so helpful, I would recommend all tenants to have Ann-Marie as their PM.
Even though we have never met face to face, I know I can always approach her with anything and I always get a response in the next hour. Her customer service is excellent. We appreciate her help and Alexander & Co you have a an amazing employee there!

My experience with the lettings team in Aylesbury has been first class. Karen was always keeping me up to date with available properties and Monika was very flexible at getting appointments that suited me (and not necessarily herself!?). Special mention to Lara, who couldn't have done anymore in terms of getting me accepted for a property that really worked for me and gave me some excellent advice along the way.
