They provided us with hassle-free, no-obligation valuations of our family home in Donnington on two separate occassions - the first in the winter of 2019 (when we were merely musing on the possibility of selling) and then again in the summer of 2021 when we had decided that we did indeed want to sell. On both occassions we never felt pressured into making a decision or following-up on their valuation.

In all of our interactions, both Richard Chamberlain & Richard Evans were a pleasure to work with. Their manner was always friendly, personable and supportive and they were never pushy, which put us well at ease. They displayed great local knowledge and offered sound advice whenever we needed it. The whole process of our moving house lasted around 6 months due to complications concerning our home purchase overseas and so was out of their control, however, Chamberlain Evans continued to offer advice and support throughout this period, as well as managing all communications with our buyer during this period to keep them informed and on board with the purchase.
