Thanks to all at J W Woods Durham for an excellent service in helping us to sell our house and my father's flat. All the staff in sales and after sales have been excellent throughout the whole process, from first enquiry right through to completion on both properties. They have been professional, helpful, understanding and efficient at all stages of the process and I would definitely recommend them.

We have just placed an offer to purchase a property through JW Wood estate agents in Durham City. The team in JW Wood office are a great help in the process with documentation,advice and assistance. Ann Stobbart in particular provided guidance on conveyancing and property survey information. Ann is very experienced and efficient in helping us. We were also impressed with Liam, who arranged a viewing at short notice on a Saturday lunch time. We would recommend JW Wood Durham and their staff as Estate Agents who give excellent service, are very knowledgeable and have good customer care.

We are currently buying a property advertised through JW Wood in Durham. Ann has been responsible for a great experience so far with a friendly and professional manner alongside an obvious commitment to ensure that we have the best experience of purchasing. Like others I have spoken to this week in the conveyencing centre and at the solicitor identified by Woods, Ann and her team have made the initial set up of the process smooth and understandable for us as buyers.
