Me and my partner have rented a property through Aston Anderson and we are extremely happy with the service we have been given. We have a fully managed property and we have had fantastic communication with Andy and he's always kept us updated with anything he thinks we need to be aware of. Problems reported via their website are dealt with quickly and always by responsible contractors. I have no worries that this will continue for, what I'm hoping will be, a long and enjoyable tenancy.

I’m in the process of using this agent to move homes. This isn’t the first time I have moved and I have previously used another agent. In comparison I can safely say that Aston Anderson are genuinely helpful and care for their customers. I receive regular updates and courtesy calls so I’m never left wondering where we are with the sale. If go with any other agent I think it’s fair to say you have missed out!

Found out via a phone call that they had been taken over by another agent called Dockside based in Chatham all whilst our house is on the market yet no one thought to actually let us know in advance. Shocking customer service avoid both companies like the plague as their staff are clearly not trained in customer care. Even though my Wife was very vaguely made aware there was to be a merger no details were given nor were any follow ups to emails or telephone calls returned.

I currently let my property through Aston Anderson and as a management company they go above and beyond. They have saved me hundered on repairs that have been needed on the property. I feel being a landlord is now stress free and i feel reassured the property is in excellent hands.
