I can't fault the service we received from Sarah and her team. We bought our property through her in 2015 and then when it came to selling the same property in 2021, I knew they would do a great job. Excellent communication, always polite and service with a sense of humour which is always appreciated when things get a little stressful! A buyer was found and sale agreed in good time and even when it took a little longer to go through than anticipated, they were always there helping push things along. Thank you Sarah, Janene and the whole team - you were fantastic during both our purchase and sale 😊

I am in the process of buying a flat with Gascoigne-Pees estate agent in Redhill. My initial contact was with Jo who was helpful, pleasant and genuine - which you don't always get from estate agents. I am now dealing more with Sarah who is equally professional but still friendly. As an investor I have bought many properties over the years and can honestly say that this is the first time that I have found an estate agents who are pleasant to work with and don't create additional stress or pressure. I would be happy to use them again either as a buyer or seller. Good job Sarah and team.

I had two fantastic companies value my property and could only choose by the toss of a coin, but Sarah and her team at Gascoigne Pees have been absolutely excellent throughout the process. From the enthusiasm and friendliness displayed during the valuation through to the sale of my property at no point did I feel left out of the process or lacking in feedback. It was an immensely smooth transition from photo's to sales brochure, open day and client assessment through to the sale process and ensuring everything was completed in a timely manner. Especially the amount of chasing they did on my behalf when one part of the chain was proving difficult to ensure that everything stayed on track.

Gascoigne Pees Redhill have been amazing through out our flat buying process. We first had viewings with Joe and he was very inviting and had all of the answers to our questions about the flats. Jess showed us around our flat at very late notice one evening and nothing was ever a problem! It was very hard to view flats with other companies in the evenings but Jess was very accommodating and understood that we work full time. Sarah was amazing! She helped us so much with it being our first time buying, extremely enthusiastic and knowledgeable about the buying process. If Sarah had said she would get back to you, she always did and we always appreciated a quick call or email to track the process. The Redhill mortgage adviser Jason was also very helpful and always had the answers to our questions which we always had! Great patient service from Sarah and her team. There was quite a gap between asking initial advice and actually being ready to go to market, but Sarah just stayed in touch and supported us all without pressure. If evening contact was essential she dealt with it. There was thorough checking of our chain which meant we were confident once moving forward that everyone was in a solid position to proceed. There are cheaper flat rate agents out there but they don’t liaise with other agents in the chain and your solicitor. Glad we opted for the service which was there right up until we got our new keys!

From start to finish, we were very happy with the quality of service we received from Gascoigne-Pees. Sarah handled our purchase with care and professionalism through the process. When there were unexpected hurdles, she was about to skilfully negotiate with the vendor and other parties involved. Sarah was always reachable; even on days off! I would highly recommend them to anyone considering either to sell or buy. We are thrilled with our new home and are looking forward to celebrating Christmas in it very much.

Gascoigne Pees have been amazing through our first buying process in Redhill. Sarah was so professional and driven to get our sale through our very harsh deadline. Each staff had excellent communication and drove this sale on time.
