I was with them for over 2 years and during this time had couple issues with house but They always responded for my emails within 24hrs. Sometimes I was disappointed with decision but then I realised is not them but the landlord. I think they always did what they can, and always was friendly with me. No problems with deposit payout as well.

When inquiring about one of their properties, they informed me that they do not let properties to applicants under 25 years old. This is a bit strange, as age is in fact a protected characteristic covered by law, and this a form of discrimination.

Mañana man left us hanging for 10 weeks after viewing property despite repeated chase ups. Never told us the viewing was a "group viewing. Lost all our details. POOR service. Would avoid if possible.

All the team are so friendly. Signing of rental contracts was completed quickly and efficiently.

Joke place for renting. I’m surprised they still have properties to rent and anyone want to work with them. They will give you all kind of excuses to hold your deposit. I’ve got a whole a4 page of things which have to be cleaned after moving out and when I told them to get their own company to clean it I was charged just £66. So was the property left so bad or they want us to lick it on our knees??
