I am just about to complete on my first flat purchase. Andrews have been a great organisation and been very supportive every step of the way.

Emma has been a truly incredible estate agent for me. While I had struggles with my solicitors and my own homelessness she was always a hugely empathetic ear and was able to chase everything up for me and sort so much stuff out! Thank you so much for all your help and for always being on the other end of the phone!

I have used Andrews to sell my property and the service from beginning to end has been excellent. All staff have been friendly and professional and taken time to guide me through the process, providing regular feedback back and updates before and after each viewing. Judith in particular has been outstanding and demonstrated a genuine passion for selling my property and had excellent knowledge of the local area. I would definitely recommend this agent.

Judith from the Andrews Harbourside branch has been fantastic in showing us two properties on two different occasions. She has always taken the time to talk us through the property features and never rushed us to make a decision. Her follow-up emails were timely and they always included the information and documents she couldn’t show us during the viewings. It is clear that Judith likes her job: she has been prepared, authentic and honest since the the beginning. We have met a few estate agents who could learn a lot from her preparation and humbleness! In the end, we got an accepted offer for a different property through another estate agency. Nevertheless, we wish all estate agents we have dealt with in the last few months were like Judith!

I have just completed on my first property and Andrews have been helpful and informative. I would not use the solicitors they recommended again, though, as I had a lot of issues with them!

When moving house, one needs to be able to have total confidence in the selling agent. Agreeing on the initial asking price to attract interest and competition and filtering viewings to only seriously interested parties. Throughout the process, ongoing support, confidence and communication in the Agent was both necessary and reassuring.

My experience with Andrews satisfied all of these requirements.

I received a call from Simon shortly after sending a request on Rightmove who took all of my details and sorted a viewing out immediately.

The viewing and subsequent negotiations were taken care of by Rachel who did a fantastic job. She answered all of our questions on the viewing and has been super responsive and helpful, especially considering we were first time buyers and new to all of this.

I don't normally write reviews but I had such a good experience with Andrews that I thought I would leave a review. I was a bit nervous with the thought of searching for a new home, especially in the current climate, but straight away I felt more relaxed and I've been finding the experience really exciting. A special mention to Nick who has been really friendly and has made the whole process more enjoyable.
