I purchased my home through Reeds Rains. They were highly professional and supportive throughout the whole process which was not without its hurdles and delays. Stefan provided regular friendly updates. In the run up to the move Lottie and Matt were stars, helping with a final viewing and sourcing local contractors. Whether buying or selling, I would recommend this proactive local company.

We were extremely happy with the team at Reeds Rains who sold our house for us. John who valued the house initially was clearly knowledgeable and experienced, but also honest and not pushy. He listened to what we had to say as we had recent negative experience of selling a house previously, and he gave us helpful advice about decluttering and presenting the house in it's best light. The team always telephoned us prior to booking viewings and booked in about 11 viewings over 3-4 weeks, before finding a buyer. During this time they were always available to answer the phone and discuss any worries we had regarding whether to reduce the price & other matters. We ended up having a protracted and turbulent waiting period, due to our buyers' sale falling through, and Reeds Rains worked tirelessly chasing everyone in the chain to get the sale through. They were much better at this than other local Estate Agents who were never available.

I dealt with Reeds Rains on and off for the 2 years it took for me to find a property and found them to be very helpful, professional and customer focused. During the time I was looking for a property I experienced what it was like to deal with internet "estate agents" whose service was not good and who were hell bent on selling you other services. After that experience I never bothered with prospective properties that were being sold through internet agents; give me a proper estate agent any day!

Reeds Rains were fantastic throughout the course of our recent house move, they managed both the sale of our old property and the purchase of the new property. The quality of service was excellent, all stages of the house move were conducted in a timely and professional manner and we were very pleased with the communication throughout.

I have been a customer with Reeds Rains for 4 years, firstly letting our family home, when we worked abroad and then more recently selling our house through them. Both sides of the business as letting agents and as estate agents are very good. The staff (honorable mention to Stefan,Lottie, Maddie and Ed) are all friendly and approachable , sorting out any problems efficiently and being particularly helpful with viewings and ensuring the property was secure when empty. I had a great experience in dealing with Reed Rains of Nantwich, from the initial valuation of the house, done by John. John spent quite a long time answering my questions and taking time to get all the information about the house and great photos.

I then dealt with Gillian in terms of the offer that we received after just one viewing and within a week of the house being up for sale. Professional, understanding and answered the enormous amount of questions and my constant calls to check this and progress, a great asset to Reeds Rains Nantwich.

The management of the sale was then dealt with by Stefan, who chased and followed up with the other parties solicitor and made sure it went as smoothly as it could.

I would highly recommend Reed Rains Nantwich and would certainly use them again when we come to sell our house (hopefully not for a long time though).

During what could probably only be described as the busiest time for estate agents we were overly impressed with the efficiency and concise communication Reeds Rains supplied. The team were great however, special mention and recognition for Stefan. He kept all parties informed along the way and was very empathetic towards the situation.
