First class service from start to finish for me. Arranged to view a property with Claire and she was happy to accommodate around my shifts. Always on hand to answer emails and calls and came back with answers very quickly. The whole procedure was done without a single hitch and Claires professional approach was excellent.

I found the staff here so helpful and polite. I was also pleased with the Agent's knowledge of the area as it was my first visit when I booked to view two properties they were managing. Unfortunately, I did not get to purchase one of their properties but they provide an excellent professional service and will assist where they can. Would recommend.

From the first interaction Claire was fantastic. During the viewing she was informative and supportive with questions about the house. Once I had decided to move forward, she was immediately on the ball to get all the paperwork in order and responded to every question rapidly and in great detail. She ensures that the house was ready to move into, was extremely diligent in ensuring the inventory was thorough to protect both the landlady and myself as a tenant. She was constantly good humoured, flexible and professional throughout and if/when the time comes to move, I will certainly be using Simpson and Partners again based on this experience.
