Jake quickly booked a viewing appointment in a short space of time. He showed me around the property and explained what the process would be- referencing, etc. He was able to answer all the questions I had about the property- what the landlord was willing to put in place and so on.

Ali was able to speed the referencing process. When I rang to find out the status of my application, he was able to complete the right-to-rent checks quickly and carefully explained what the next steps would be and the timings of these.

Put my property on the market with haart bridge street and the manager we thought was very helpful at first but as time passed I fell ill so the manager took my wife to veiw couple of properties. After awhile all went quite after about 2 weeks I had a knock on my door the manager stood there with a box of chocolates I thought how nice of him as it was nearing my birthday. The manager then told me that they would not act for me anymore because they thought it would be too stressful for me I had already explained that it wasn’t surely it my decision and mine alone the trouble was that I had already had a offer on my property but was persuaded to go with this agent ended up with no buyer avoid this estate agent
