I had a very good experience with the Ashford branch of Frost. I chose them in the first place because they were by far the most professional of all the estate agents I got valuations from and this continued throughout the sale. They had also sold several houses in my road recently and were knowledgeable about the area. Harry was enthusiastic, polite and always answered queries quickly. It all went as smoothly as it could have done and I would definitely recommend Frost.

I was referred to Frost by a friend. From the get-go, Mitchell handled my case with professionalism. He's very experienced, knowledgeable and very approachable. Another estate agent surveyed my flat but never got back to me. Mitchell followed it through and was very eager. The viewing was arranged even before it was listed, got an offer the next day and a deposit on the next. Communicating with them is never a bother.

A huge thank you goes to Mitchell Russell who worked tirelessly to get my house ready for the new tenants. His attention to detail was much appreciated. Both the new tenants and I are very happy.

Mitchell from Frost was extremely helpful, professional and efficient from the start. Within a day he had found a new tenant for the flat I had been renting and put in an offer in for the new flat I wanted. Throughout the process he kept me updated and everything went really smoothly.
