I chose Thomas & May as one of their offices is a 2 minute walk from the property I own, and I have never been so pleased about a decision. Rob has been a constant help throughout the entire process, going above and beyond to assist me with my switch to a buy to let mortgage, and with vetting the tenants. I am so happy with the tenant they found for me and it only took a week! Would definitely use again and highly recommend. 👍🏼

So pleased with our service from Thomas and May for our house sale. Robin and the team come across as very trustworthy and fair, which is what you want as a seller as well as a buyer. They were quick with communication and helpful advice, would definitely recommend.

We brought our first property recently and they were helpful when there was a mix up with the first viewing and managed to get someone out to meet us as they were very close by. Then on our second viewing our train was canceled but they managed to fit us in later in the day.

They were very good at replying to emails in a timely fashion and friendly to deal with.

Over many years Robin came to our house to give valuations. Eventually we decided to sell and he not only found a buyer very quickly, but negotiated a price well above that which we expected. Excellent personal service by Robin, Christine and all the staff at Thomas & May.
Since writing this review, I had a parcel wrongly delivered to my old address (the house they sold). I couldn’t get the parcel redirected and, as we moved to rural Wales, couldn’t collect. I rang Robin and he arranged, with the new owner, to pick up the parcel and hold it in his office until a friend could collect for me. This was 10 months after the sale was completed.
I felt this was above and beyond an estate agents remit, but so very helpful. Wonderful service indeed.

Thomas and May always seem to have the best houses on sale in the area! My partner and I bought our first house through Thomas & May and, although it was a long, frustrating wait for the property, Robin & Christine were fantastic; answering our queries, chasing the other side. Lovely people, could not recommend enough! Unlike other Estate Agents, they didn't try to sell us a property that didn't match our description. They understood our needs and now we're in a house we absolutely love!
