Winkworth were the Estate Agents selling the house we wanted. We were impressed with the photos online and the virtual tour (which is really useful before the sale is complete because you can keep looking at everything in detail). Ian Simons communicated well with me, he kept me in the loop, chased up solicitors, surveyors etc. and kept in contact before during and after the sale. When we eventually sell our house, I will absolutely be using Winkworth in Northampton. Brilliant service.

We selected Ian from a group of three estate agents who submitted valuations for a family members property. We were drawn to his professionalism and market knowledge when appraising the property. The property was marketed professionally and we were informed at every stage of the progression with viewings and marketing . Ian was instrumental in ensuring smooth and prompt contract exchange and sale completion . At every stage , Ian and his team ensured the property sale went smoothly . We live out of the county so his help, local contacts and support were invaluable . I would have no hesitation in recommending Ian and his team .

The team at Northampton went over and above when selling our house. Ryan did out of hours viewings including evenings and Sundays.

Our property was sold within 2 weeks, and they achieved a sale price of more than what we were hoping for.
