My experience with Chancellors in Hemel Hempstead has been second to none. Harry has been the ultimate professional and his understanding of the business/market is undeniably first class. He is definitely someone that I would recommend to any future purchasers/sellers.

As well as Harry, Dan has been amazing, polite, understanding and again extremely knowledgeable in his field of expertise.

We purchased a house through Chancellors a few months ago and, since the experience was very positive, we contacted them for a sale which we have recently completed.

I have just completed on the sale of my property with chancellors as my agent, they're very understaffed and you'll struggle to get hold of anyone. I ended up exchanging contact details with my buyer as chancellors just weren't available the majority of the time, the only positive was the Solicitors they recommended were brilliant, Woodford Stauffer.

I would strongly recommend not using chancellors Estate agents.

Harry has been more than helpful courteous, professional, Informative, always available to assist & answer questions. We would like to thank him for making our purchase as stress free as possible.
We had some "completion dates confusion" with the seller, where Chancellors head office refused to intervene/help and advised to go through solicitors. We contacted Harry Dawson and Harry made sure that its resolved to both parties satisfaction.
