Initial sales pitch and visit very good as was Rishi Bowry who was dealing with sale initially and communicated well. He left the company and it all went downhill. Absolutely no communication from them unless you were on their case all the time. Not great as we are not local and were managing the sale from Hertfordshire on behalf of my mother after my father passed away. We went months being fobbed off (after constant chasing) and sent round the houses about why our sale wasn't progressing. A bit of detective work and I found our buyers contact details and their buyer below. Eventually discovered (myself) that the bottom of chain was a probate that was rumbling on with no end in sight. Estate Agents had no clue about this. Totally unimpressed by that! Ended up pulling out of the deal as there was no likelihood after 7 months that the end was in sight. A few months later resold to another buyer via Frank Innes- again no sales progression or communication. Only way you could get anything moving was by constantly asking for updates. In my opinion I would AVOID at all costs. Can't understand how a business runs like they do. They wouldn't last 2 minutes in my area for sure! Not really sure what I actually paid for!!

Great service at a difficult time for my family. Sarah, April and Anisha were very prompt with enquiries and dealt with everything, including some minor enquiries and last minute niggles from our buyer but everything was sorted out with common sense and efficiency without any hassle.

Incredibly efficient and friendly too; the whole renting application and subsequent tenancy went really smoothly. Amy and Gemma couldn’t do enough for us, they have been brilliant. I've been renting now for the best part of 27 years and I have to say that Frank Innes have been the best Agency I have dealt with. If I could leave more stars, I would!!! Thankyou so much.

Had an exceptional experience with Gemma. The letting process was quick and expedient, and they tended to my needs as a tenant. Their online Portal Tili, is also a great tool to set up utilities, extras, and council tax before moving to property. I would highly recommend.
