There doesn't seem to be anyone here that wants to answer a phone or reply to an email? 3 phone calls and 4 emails and yet not one reply. I am surprised if they manage to rent any of their properties out! Its a shame as i need to move urgently yet that doesn't seem to matter either. Ive never had such a disspointing service from a letting agent in 8 years of renting.

Rented two houses through quay estates. Great service,friendly and helpful. Done so much more than any other agent to make our move as easy as possible.

I visited office this morning (just before 10am) only 1 (foul-mouthed unprofessional) woman there. As I entered she was on her mobile clearly to a friend "I've been so fxxxing ill, as I entered she carried on "i've been so fxxxing ill". Couldn't believe it. Assume she wasn't the boss. Needless to say I walked straight out again & didn't bother registering my interest in potential properties!!
Feel sorry for boss/es, think you should be aware & give her plenty more time to f & blind to her hearts content - elsewhere! Have just tried phoning - unable to connect me to that no. Wonder how long they'll be in business? DON'T EVEN WANT TO GIVE 1 STAR BUT WON'T ALLOW ME TO POST UNLESS I DO.

Don't answer the phone. Don't answer emails. Don't even advertise on any mainstream portals, so really not sure how a business survives with all this taken into account.
Even tried to contact the owner over Facebook and still got no response!
