Winkworth St Albans Estate Agents

I recently purchased a house in St Albans where the vendor had chosen to market the property with Winkworth and I feel compelled to share my experience.

Having recently sold and completed on the sale of my previous property, I was all too aware of how important the agent is when it comes to ensuring that the sale progresses all the way to completion. The various people working at Winkworth did an excellent job of tracking progress and keeping me informed as the sale progressed ensuring that all parties we kept up to date and that the whole process was as stress free as possible.

When choosing an estate agent to sell your home, it seems that all agencies have the same advertising reach, so what makes the real difference for me is the personal touch and attention to detail once the sale has been agreed and I can confidently say that Winkworth excels at this.

My wife & I purchased a lovely home in St Albans and the staff at Winkworth were fabulous. They were all very knowledgeable and found the perfect property for me very quickly. Having lived in central London for years Avril and I were very familiar with the brand, this office proved themselves a credit to the franchise!

This firm is by far the best in St Albans. Having bought and sold through them (and having had a terrible experience with a competitor - WHBrown) it was like night and day. Martin and his team are a credit to Winkworth, his local knowledge is invaluable. If you are considering buying or selling, especially if your property is period, don't consider anyone else.
