The standard of customer service from everyone was just fantastic and even after we had accepted an offer on our house we felt very looked after and always informed of the sales progress. We have had a very positive experience of selling our flat through Arden Estates. Right through from when their agent first visited the flat, to completion of sale, the team has been efficient, friendly and professional. The sales materials produced were high quality and photography excellent. We found a buyer within one month of going on the market, and our representative at Arden Estates stayed in touch with us throughout the months it took to complete the sale. So communication and progress chasing was excellent. I would definitely recommend the company and would certainly use the Redditch office again if we sold another propoerty locally.

Arden have been fantastic, from the moment we were fortunate enough to get a cancellation viewing for a property, right the way through the buying process, they have been supportive, informative, understanding, transparent, professional, personal, thoughtful and fun to work with. At times buying a home can have its complexities and they worked really hard not just for the vendors but also for us as buyers too, which made us feel that they had everyone's best interests at heart. Having looked at several properties with other estates agents and put offers in, it at times felt like you were just another number, yet with Arden they made you feel valued, understood and listened to your perspectives and worked hard to act on these. I really would recommend everyone at Arden (in particular Hanlinka), as they made buying a house, which had its challenges at times, easy. Amazing experience from start to finish - we would have been lost without Arden estates.
