Entwistle Green Sales and Letting Agents Preston

I can’t recommend the staff at Entwistle Green enough! We put an offer in on a house roughly 2 months ago and today we got to pick up the keys to our first home! As we’re first time buyers we had a lot of questions and everyone was willing to help! From face to face meeting of me needing to use the bathroom 37262times (pregnancy sorry) to all the little questions we had on the way particularly can’t thank Ben and Nicola enough! Every credit to them! They made our first buying experience amazing and we’re very grateful! Always happy to help and just all around brilliant! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts :)

I'd been unsuccessfully searching for a rental in Lytham St Anne's area while I was arranging to buy a bungalow there, for several weeks. It was suggested that I get in touch with Entwistle Green who had a couple of apartments advertised to let in Victoria Mansions on Preston Dock. From contacting Cathy Conroy at Entwistle Green then arranging a viewing with her to confirmation that I was accepted took only a couple of days. The whole process was handled professionally and gave me the freedom to concentrate on finding then buying my new house which I have now done. Although Cathy was my main initial contact, on the few occasions since where I needed more information from Entwistle Green, her colleagues were equally knowledgeable and helpful.

Fantastic service from Nicola and the team when recently purchasing a property. From the point of viewing the house, right through to completion, Nicola has stayed in touch, kept me updated, and promptly dealt with any queries or issues as they have arisen. Most importantly, acted as a key facilitator of dialogue between myself and the vendor. Would absolutely recommend Entwistle Green as an estate agent, and would be more than happy to use them again in the future!

Sold my house straight away after waiting for a while with another estate agents. Transaction was easy and didn’t come into any problems with these estate agents. Louise at the Preston branch was very helpful and polite.

Recently bought a property through Entwistle Green and was very satisfied with my experience. I was dealing with Louise who was a pleasure to deal with and kept me up to date with everything that was happening through each stage of the purchase. Recently sold 2 properties at the same time with the chapel st preston branch and found their service to be second to none! Very professional from the word go and they marketed both properties excellently with great descriptions and fantastic photographs. Communication was always superb with almost immediate replies to any queries asked. I couldn’t recommend them enough to anyone wanting to sell their property! Recently sold my house via Entwistle Green in Preston. All the team that had been involved in previously renting the property for me supported in making the sale as straightforward as possible. Furthermore, Louise was great in liaising between myself and the buyer and providing timely and supportive feedback.

Eve was lovely to deal with and was always giving us updates and fitted us in her schedule twice although it was last minute, but the reason for the 4 star is because the house was very unclean and we spent a lot of time and effort to clean.
