Searching for a new house was very difficult in the current market, and if it wasn't for the excellent understanding that Julia had of our requirements, we never would have found one! Fortunately for us we also purchased via Alexander & Co and the process was seamless.
The team in the office, who see you to completion (Lauren and Gary) were also excellent. Constant communication and updates throughout; I was confident they were constantly checking behind the scenes to make sure it was moving along.

The whole service from initial viewing to completion was professional. The sale took a long time due to factors beyond agents and our control, however we dealt with the sales progression manager Gary whom was very professional, compassionate and responsive whenever we needed him.
