I purchased my house through Park and Bailey some years ago and was very pleased with their service. I have just had the need for a valuation, prior to a refurbishment and asked if they could advise on finished value. One of their team came, listened carefully to our plans and gave expert feedback and opinions on finished value. Once finished I will be selling through these guys because they clearly know the local area and are very professional. I was very impressed with them all over again.

We have been dealing with the team at Park & Bailey Caterham for the past 6 months as our house sale has been going through. The team have been so helpful from the day that we made our offer. In getting our offer presented there was no job too big for them. From there we were passed on to the Sales Progression Team and we had the most contact with them, there was lots of back and forth due to the nature of the sale. In a tricky sale, the team were so kind and considerate. They were always available at the end of the phone or email and would always call back with news and updates. There has been such great service with Park and Bailey Caterham, we would really recommend them, the service has been great!
