We used Jack and Jones to sell my late mother's house. They were always vey professional and very caring. Having been with another local agent for 6 months and had a very bad experience, we moved to Jack and Jones and they were so proactive with the property that they managed to get us the offerwe were looking for within the first week of them managing it. Ellie was fantastic during the whole process keeping us updated and moving the sale along. I would definitely recommend using them and when I am ready to buy my next property they will be the first agent I visit!

Over the moon with Jacks & Jones estate agents, having just sold my house for the full asking price. Other agents valued my property to be worth less but Tim was confident we could get that bit more and we did thanks to his skillful negotiation! I chose Jacks & Jones to sell with as Tim and I have worked together in the past so I knew he was the best man for the job. Tim has many years of EA experience and fantastic knowledge of the local property market. The quality of the photos and the video tours he uses when listing your property are incredible and the general customer service form him and his team is spot on. We had such a good experience with Jacks and Jones when they sold our flat. They did a good job of marketing the property with great photos and a cool virtual tour (for no extra cost), helping us sell within a matter of weeks. They were super helpful and nothing was a problem despite them being busy. They got us a good price and really helped the sale go through smoothly. We had awful experiences with a number of other local corporate agents, so having Jacks and Jones was a breath of fresh air! A big thank you to Ellie!

Extremely dire service in recent months, nobody in the office, calls go unanswered, website has been down for 6 months at least, barely get a reply to emails and honestly seem like they are going out of business. They were the agent for the property I rent, landlord decided to change due to the above and to say they have been uncooperative is an understatement. Process to handover was started in the middle of May and they still have not transferred/refunded the deposit or the keys. Completely unprofessional.

Purchased a house from this Estate Agent and the whole process was a joy. Ellie was our main point of contact. She was professional, helpful and friendly throughout and her communication was second to none. If I could give more stars for Jacks&Jones I definitely would as they are excellent!!! The way how they communicate, respond to all questions is brilliant. Tim is very professional and gives all information which is needed before selling the property. He done such a nice pictures and a virtual tour of my house which helped to attract more viewers. Just one day of showing my house and I get offer which was 10000£ more than I expected. 😄 Highly recommend!!!

Ellie & Simon were always friendly & professional. They were responsive to my calls and made the moving process to our new property as stress free as possible.

They put my mind at ease when things happened which were out of our control and we managed to hit the stamp duty deadline which is always an added bonus.

We got a little gift set upon completion which was a nice touch.
