After finding a property on Right Move I called Chancellors and was put in contact with Katie. She was extremely helpful with all my questions and arranged a viewing quickly. All follow up calls were handled promptly, Katie was very friendly and accommodating. The application process was very efficient and overall the communication was great.

Sam has always been the most proactive, clearly, openly and realistically communicative and generally attentive lettings agent that I have dealt with. Clearly very motivated in a good way, and always very polite, helpful and balanced in his approach. He has been a pleasure to work with on my flat letting activities and I’m delighted with the results. The wider team also seem excellent.

Sam is super helpful and knowledgeable, goes above and beyond to help through the process. I find the whole moving properties a mine field and very stressful but Sam was amazing in getting everything sorted.
