Recently bought from Gasgoine Pees and it was such a pleasure to liaise with Alfie throughout the process. One of the main things that stood out was how much my son liked him and how good he was with him. From the viewing to putting down an offer to helping us to exchange, he wasn’t pushy at any point and seemed to genuinely want us to get the house for our family. The whole team were really helpful throughout.

In fact, it was the fastest, most pain-free property purchase that I've ever made and in this overheated market that is no mean feat. We had a very positive and constructive experience when viewing the property and an excellent solicitor recommendation and then Will kept us fully informed throughout the conveyancing and addressed all our concerns promptly and efficiently.

Being a serial mover and having experienced many estate agents (around 20) over the years, I was pleasantly surprised by the service I received from Alfie, Will and the team at the Godalming Branch. I only approached these agents as they sold another house in the same road and previously I didn't think that they were suitable for selling my price bracket property (over 1 million) as I had associated them with lower price brackets. I was wrong!

I received a superb service, very reliable, not too pushy, extremely informative and a very friendly team. They listened to everything I wanted from write ups to photos and how I wanted the open day. Whilst they made helpful suggestions.

Having many offers at the asking price and over, they dealt with the sale very smoothly. There were challenges like the elderly foreign buyers ensuring their funds were in the country and explaining how technology works to them. Alfie worked tirelessly to solve the various issues ensuring that both I and our buyers are very happy with the service that we both received.

I DEFINATELY RECOMMEND this estate agents and will be using them again in the future.

Will and Nadine are tenacious, they worked extremely hard to stay in touch, provide guidance and support throughout the entire process - and they were the agent we were buying through rather than selling through!
