Leaders Letting & Estate Agents Colchester

I have been using leaders for several years now to rent out a property and have always found them to be reliable and professional. In recent years I have been liaising with Rob Perry, who is always extremely helpful and prompt to reply to my emails. Over the last couple of weeks he has successfully renegotiated a tenants rental to both mine and the tenants satisfaction.

I have been with this letting agent prior to the Leaders transfer and I must say there has been a noticeable improvement in service since the entity change. As a tenant, the new laws around tenancy agreement fees and contracts has also helped.

They have a very convenient online portal for reporting any maintenance issues and contractors have been sent to the premises fairly quickly when required.
The process of adding a new tenant and renewing the tenancy agreement was fairly easy and straightforward - and no longer charged through the roof following the new legislation.

Rob Perry in particular has been very accessible and helpful.
I haven't moved in about 7 years but if I did I wouldn't mind looking through them again.

I have to say I would recommend Leaders to anyone when it comes to the level of customer service and attention to detail. They have an amazing senior property manager Robert Perry Marla, he is always there at the end of phone, or an email. if you need guidance or support he always has your interests at heart as to repairs, saving you a great deal of money. So if you decide to use a letting agent I would ask after him. The impeccable service is there and for those landlords who want a very high standard of customer care from an agent that cares about your needs and understand what's it like to be a landlord. I give Robert 5 star's as it can take one person to keep you where you are growing your financial freedom and you can get a good deal on the management fees. There is also pay and display parking, along with free parking in the surrounding area close to Leader's situated within walking distance of the town centre with good public transport.

We have been renting since June and have had a fairly good experience with Leaders so far, they tend to try and get things sorted as quickly as possible where they can, which has been great. Our main point of contact has been Joleen Parker who is lovely and friendly and always willing to help. We were without a cooker since we moved in (around 6 months) as the one provided has been broken, had 4 separate teams out to try and fix it and have finally got a replacement coming out on the 5th so couldn't be happier!
