Zoe and Iain worked endlessly to get my sale of a leasehold property over the line, even with an S20 building works order they still secured the offer price given!
I had the pleasure of dealing of the whole team at the Burton branch. Due to my upward purchase falling through Zoe and Gavin kept my sale going and got my buyer to Let back my property to me! In the meantime Zoe got me the house I wanted in the exact location. Whenever Zoe or Iain were unavailable, Leah was always on hand and in the know with information on the case so I was always kept up to date.

Gavin worked up all the papers for a temporary Let in no time, while Zoe pushed my purchase constantly and kept me updated on a regular basis, 2 months later Iain handed me the keys to my new home.

This was not your regular simple sell and buy but these guys made it look easy! They also made me feel like a member of their team, I don't think you can ask for much more from an estate agent.

YourMove Burton did a great job helping me sell my property. Viewed a house today with Zoe. Having dealt with quite a few agents over the last few months and especially the cowboys selling one of our homes, it was a refreshing change to meet an agent who knows what's she is doing, is eager, motivated, professional and a credit to her clients.
