From start to finish, the service from Scott Fraser has been of a very high standard. It was clear from the initial valuation meeting that they had done their homework on the property and were fully committed to selling the property at pace and for a competitive value. They were also very responsive to my circumstances and able to advise accordingly.

During the photography/brochure phase, they really took the time to showcase the house at its best and the viewings themselves were delivered with utmost professionalism and in a way that accommodated my availability too.

The service since receiving the initial offers right through to exchange has been fantastic. Lydia has been highly responsive and couldn't do enough to help. Really appreciative of such a great experience. Thank you!

I was really impressed with Scott fraser when we started renting and they seemed quite reasonable throughout. But that has been massively soured after not having an update on our deposit after moving out nearly 2 months ago. Currently calling 3 times a week for an update, being told it will get sorted, but it's obviously not. Very disappointing, they are withholding a lot of money from us. Looking at other reviews, we are likely to have unreasonable deductions, so no doubt there will be further delays arguing these...

Very disappointed with Scott Fraser, despite Under the new Model Tenancy Agreement, announced by Housing Minister Rt Hon Christopher Pincher MP, landlords will no longer be able to issue blanket bans on pets by default. Scott Fraser appears to advertise all properties with a blanket ban on pets which is not only against the new Model Tenancy Agreement advertised by the government but also unfair discrimination against owners of well behaved pets. Advertising properties in this way goes against the ruling that instead, consent for pets will be the default position, and landlords will have to object in writing within 28 days of a written pet request from a tenant and provide a good reason. Also in our contact with Scott Fraser we received inconsistent answers and responses from different staff members regarding this issue who were very unhelpful and uncaring.

Hi Molly and Lydia, I would like to thank you for your wonderful service and guidance in assisting us as a family in finding a rental home. We still have a long way to go, however, you taking the time to listen, reassured us that all will be well and that you are there to help, really calmed the concerns we have moving to the UK.

Thank you again for the amazing help.

We appreciate it and will be making contact with you and your organization in the very near future.

Warm regards,

I work in Housing Procurement helping to house those who need support and guidance, and I've worked with a number of estate agents in Oxford over the years, but I can say hand on heart that working with the Scott Frazer Headington Office has been a total pleasure, and a professional, supportive and empathetic experience. From the day I viewed the studio with Amelia, to the amazing support and patience Marta provided me and my client to secure the accommodation, right through to collecting the keys. I wish there were more estate agents in the City like Scott Frazer and the Headington team as their understanding, support and empathy has literally changed someone's life for the better, and I sincerely thank you for working with me and I hope to work with you again in the very near future.

I had a very good experience selling my property with Scott Fraser due to Lydia Briars, who was extremely professional and efficient, and kept me informed at every stage of the process. Lydia was always available, she was very understanding of my particular circumstances and helped make a stressful process a lot less so. She really could not have done more.

Absolute nightmare of an agency
A day before the tenancy start we discovered that the flat was not cleaned, was in a completely different state (mould , cracks on walls, stinky wardrobe, dirty mattress) from what was shown in the video (the apartment won't be shown to you before you send a security deposit, which also if you refuse to carry on after seeing it won't be returned to you).
They never call back after taking your details. Lettings team incomprehensibly incompetent, you ask them questions, and they keep saying don't know this and that, and always late for meetings (we had to wait for the girl for over an hour while she also forgot to take the right keys).
After moving in we discovered that opening readings were not taken as well as no inventory prepared.
Out of all the team, our property manager Oliver is the only nice and smart guy that actually gets things done(arranged how the situation can be fixed). However, the amount of issues we had should have never happened in the first place.
If I could go back, I would never rent from Scott Fraser
