Having just purchased our property through Abbotts in Watton, we would highly recommend them.
We dealt mostly with Lynn and she was brilliant at chasing for updates when it appeared solicitors were being slow.
Lynn was away when we exchanged and completed but the rest of the team knew where we were up to and continued seamlessly (and I think we spoke to them all at some point).
The whole team are brilliant at calling back when they say they will, even if its just to let you know that they are waiting for updates.

Bought a house through Abbotts and cannot fault their service. They updated me along the way and chased when required. They were better than our solicitors. We even got home and found a little care package which we thought was a lovely, caring touch. Thank you to Janette and Hannah for their help in getting us into our forever home.

The staff at Abbotts, Watton were always friendly, helpful and positive throughout, what turned out to be, quite a protracted sales period. There were occasions when communication seemed to dry up for a while but in the main any requests were responded to promptly with someone always at the end of the telephone.
